Orbit public policy draft
Terms of use
These terms set a simple, current boundary for authorised access to Orbit while the platform remains in active development.
Important: These are draft terms for the present development and testing phase. They are not a commercial agreement and must be replaced or reviewed by qualified legal counsel before external launch.
Authorised use
Use Orbit only with an account and organisation access that has been authorised for you. Do not share credentials, attempt to access another organisation’s information, or use the platform for an unlawful purpose.
Product status
Orbit is under active development. Features, workflows and availability may change while they are being tested and improved. Some product areas shown on the public site are clearly marked as in development and are not available for use.
Responsible use of feedback
360 feedback should support reflection and development. Organisations remain responsible for their questions, rater selections, communications, access decisions and any people decisions made using the information.
Content and data
Do not upload content or information that you do not have the right to use. Keep participant data accurate, appropriate and limited to the purpose for which it was collected.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or remove development features to protect the platform, its users or the integrity of testing. We will aim to communicate material changes to authorised users where practical.
